Welcome to Countryside!

Our neighborhood of Countryside had its beginnings in 1973, when the first of two large land parcels was purchased in Henrico County. Today, the neighborhood encompasses over 100 homes, individually built but guided by bylaws, with heavily wooded lots and roadways that visually reflect its name.

Bounded by Parham Road on the west and River Road to the south, Countryside occupies a convenient location in Richmond's West End, only minutes from suburban shopping, schools and businesses and less than 20 minutes from downtown Richmond. Neighbors in Countryside enjoy some of the best public schools in the district as well as a close proximity to a number of highly regarded private schools.

The Countryside Homeowners Association was formed in 1979 and manages the common areas, maintains signage, collects association fees from homeowners, organizes and publicizes social events and exists as a conduit for neighborhood concerns.

Yearly Dues
All homeowners are members of the HOA and our yearly fees are $200.
